Golden Honey and Rose Petal Punch

Mix Golden Honey with water, add wine, washed rose petals and lemon juice. Stir and refrigerate for four hours. Add ice cubes to the cooled punch and serve.

Mulled Wine with Golden Honey

Peel the lemon and push the cloves into the peel. Heat the wine with the lemon peel with cloves and cinnamon stick. Remove from heat just before it boils and strain. Add Golden Honey, stir until it dissolves and serve.

Pheasants Breast with Bacon
in Golden Honey and Pear Sauce

Prick the young pheasants breast lengthwise with the end of a knife, cut into the breast on the sides and fill the pockets with slices of bacon. The breast can also be bound with string. Remove the string before serving. Season with salt and pepper and slowly pan-fry the meat on a low heat.

Add stock vegetables and spices, once the vegetables soften pour in the wine and allow it to evaporate. Dust with flour, add stock and Golden Honey and braise slowly until the breast softens. While braising, water with soup if necessary. Toward the end add the cubed stewed pears and stir with a whisk allowing them to dissolve. Strain and season to taste, pour under the sliced meat and serve with side of your choice.

  • 4 pieces of pheasant breast
  • 4 slices of smoked bacon (each slice should be thicker, the length and width should be similar to the pheasant breast)

  • 100 ml of white wine
  • 120 g stewed Williams pears (cubed)

Yellow Carrot Salad
with Golden Honey and Tofu

Add cubed dried figs, sliced spring onions with green, chopped garlic and parsley, cubed tofu and grated fresh ginger to grated carrots and mix together. Mix extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Golden Honey, salt and pepper, pour over the salad and serve.
  • 60 g Golden Honey
  • 500 g yellow carrots
  • 80 g dried figs (cubed)
  • 100 g tofu (cubed)
  • 80 g sliced spring onions
  • 20 ml white balsamic vinegar
  • 50 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • chopped garlic and chopped parsley
  • fresh ginger
  • salt, ground white pepper

Buckwheat Pancakes
with Fruit and Golden Honey

For the batter
Whisk all the ingredients except the oil into a not-to-thick liquid batter. Heat the oil in a pan and turn it with a circular movement so the batter spreads evenly into a thin pancake then pan-fry on both sides. Buckwheat pancakes should fry a little longer than normal so they do not tear when turning. Repeat the procedure until all of the batter is used up.
  • 40 g Golden Honey
  • 50 g white flour
  • 200 g buckwheat flour
  • 2 two eggs
  • 2.5 l water
  • salt
  • oil for frying
For the fruit filling
Stone the fruit and cut into little cubes. Add lemon juice and maraschino and mix together. Spoon the mixture onto the pancakes and fold over. Pour Golden honey over the pancake and serve.

Herbal Tea

Prepare a mixture:
  • Herbal teas: balm-mint, mint, woodland strawberry, raspberry, blackberry
  • Fruits: dog-rose berries, anise, apple pieces
  • Blossoms: sunflower, marigold
Use one teaspoon of the mixture for every cup, steep in boiled water for five minutes. For vitamin fortification add a little lemon juice. It is perfect with a spoonful of Golden Honey before you go to sleep.
Tea for Relaxation

Prepare a mixture of rooibos and balm mint, enrich it with Golden Honey and kernels of concentrated orange juice.

Prepare it when you require, beside rest and relaxation, a drink which refreshes but does not stimulate. This tea is best drunk in the afternoon and evening, sweetened with a teaspoon of Golden Honey.
